blazing with purpose
Sorors,
My candidacy for Regional Director of the Blazing Southwest Region is rooted in service, strategy, and an unwavering commitment to advancing our sisterhood. If elected, I will continue serving our region with professionalism, strategic insight, humility, an unwavering dedication to our sisterhood and the mission of our sorority.
As a CEO, educator, nonprofit leader, manager, advisor, and Southwest Regional Secretary, I don’t just believe in leadership ~ I believe in stewardship. One who enforces and develops effective organizational policies, I am committed to building systems that strengthen accountability, transparency, and excellence. My focus in these areas allows me to create structures that ensure compliance and drive growth, supporting both integrity and progress across our region.
My leadership is defined by intentional planning, data-informed decision-making, and collaborative teamwork. Focusing on sustainable progress and measurable outcomes, I have guided teams in the Houston Independent School District, cultivated donors in higher education at Prairie View A&M University, and supported chapters across our Region. I value listening, self awareness, and a deep understanding of governance, leading with empathy, discretion, and clarity to ensure all members feel heard, respected, and supported.
When faced with challenges, I maintain my composure and objectivity, consistently focusing on effective solutions while following our governing documents. My background as a Wraparound Manager has equipped me with the ability to implement fair and consistent disciplinary measures that support the integrity of our organization.
My approach prioritizes leadership development and teambuilding as essential elements. I am committed to mentoring emerging leaders, promoting collaboration, and cultivating an environment where all sorors are empowered to contribute. Leveraging strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building abilities, I am dedicated to guiding the Southwest Region and prepared to lead with purpose, wisdom, and unwavering dedication to our region’s success.
It is with great pleasure that I ask for your VOTE and support during the 50th Southwest Regional Conference, June 4–7, 2026. Please stand with me as I embark on this journey to serve each of you, in the greatest region in our sorority!
You are officially invited to R.O.C.K. with Robinson as your next Regional Director.
